Printing machines, made in Europe, are used to apply images on container sides and lids by means of dry offset printing with up to 6 colors. Together with our customers, we develop ready-to-print layouts and perform a full range of pre-printing activities, in particular, we make die cuttings and trial proofs.

Continentalplast has the largest printing site in North-West Russia intended for full-color printing on containers, buckets, and their lids.

The equipment hardware facilitates printing on all the buckets from 0.65 to 30 liters, as well as on lids to the buckets of 0.65, 0.8, 0.85, 1, 1.18, 2.25, 2.75, 3, 5, 11, 11.5, 15, and 20 liters.

In particular, this printing method can be used for food packaging.

Thanks to the option of printing on buckets that IKP offers our customers can minimize costs on product labeling, thus cutting the final net cost of their products.

Our equipment can additionally varnish printed products, thus reliably protecting their surfaces from weak alkalis, acids, and aggressive media. Moreover, varnishing perfectly protects packaging from sunlight, 2 to 3 times increasing its resistance to color fading. Besides, varnished packaging will make your products more attractive on store displays.

Offset printing on plastic buckets is also one of the ways to protect your goods against counterfeiters.

Our company is the only one to decorate caps of blown products with 4 color offset printing.
